my car is making a grinding sound under the dash

I have a Honda CRV 1998. While sitting in the driver seat with the car on, I press on the gas peddle and there is a grinding/ vibrating sound coming from under the dash between the center and the passenger side. Even while driving you only hear the nosie

check all the pulleys that are driven by the belt.
