My battery is sluggish during the winter months

I own a 1998 honda civic LX 1.6 litre engine. The battery that comes with my car is a 500 cold cranking amp battery which is really sugglish during the winter months. Can i buy a higher cold cranking amp battery like a 750?

how old is the battery ? could just need replacing with new, it could also be the starter motor is getting sluggish in cold weather ?
