I currently have a d16y7 with a auto transmission, I am swapping out the auto transmission for a si 5 speed. Do I need to swap my intake as well? And can I use a p2p manual ecu?

you can change the ecu but I don't thik you need to change intake. however the input shaft of manual may not fit into end of crank as thee is abearing that needs to be there and that may not fit either.
