I turn on the radio and I does not work on the screen it says code 3 and nothing works on it.

it may need to be recoded try this:
Make sure your radio is OFF. Hold down the preset buttons 1 and 6 at the same time. Turn the radio on and your SERIAL NUMBER will appear. 4 numbers first and then 4 more.
