odd? does it go on loosely? they should fit snugly to crank and require force to put on. get a diff 1 to try or use good bolt locking compound on shaft and bolt. put lock washer on bolt also?

maybe get a slightly longer bolt also? check hole in crank for depth. make sure the pulley retaining washer for bolt is not missing.

The pulley bolt should be torqued at 150 ft.lbs and DO NOT use additional washers. The original bolt comes with a thick washer and any thinner ones would not withstand the high torqued required.
