Black residue in atf

I observed black residue in my honda accord v6 1998 model. Am using Honda Geniune ATF. What do I do?

Changing the trans oil by removing the pan will only remove about 80% of the oil, there is a quantity in the oil cooler, valve body and torque converter that will stay in the trans and will mix with the new oil, only a full flush will remove all the oil.
