driver side rear brake constantly grabbing.have replaced flexible hose,and mechanic does not know what is wrong .all trial and error.do you think it could be the brake caliper?

Over haul the caliper, this is a very simple job, also with the brake grabbing crack the bleeder and see if that backs it off, if so it will be a hydraulic problem.
