I drove it to school, turned it off and when I tried to crank it an hour later all it would do was turn over. Didnt hear the fuel pump kick on so figured it was bad, bought a new one put it un and cant get power to it. Ive checked the relay and its good. Any suggestions please

Does the 10amp fuse ing e fuse show voltages with a test light or multi meter to check voltage its under the hood. If it has power on both sides of the fuse. Pull the relay out their is a diagram on the side and check for power at pin 30 with the key on. Start here
