1998 Gmc Sonoma Sun Shines Dry Truck Starts New Rains Damp Cool May Start Does

When the sun shines and it is dry the truck starts like it is new. When it rains and and it is damp and cool, the truck may not start at all and if it does runs really rough until it the motor is hot. I have already replaced the plugs and coil packs within the last year and put in a new crank sensor last week. Looking for direction.

try a new set of plug wires, not a cheap set as they won't last.
