Have tried all that got it to shift to third but it downshifts within a matter of seconds or reves up. After changing fluid, filter, and front seal.

you have internal control issues. get a trans shop to check it for you. could be valve body or a failed clutch pack

SOunds like it has a malfunctioning shift solenoid.
