Clutch making noises

1998 Geo Metro 5 speed standard. When clutch is pushed right down for first gear it makes a grinding/rattling noise, and when raised a bit i can go. All gears do this but i can still drive. It just started out of nowhere.

Its internal with the clutch assy,have the clutch assembly checked out-pilot bushing, disc,pressure plate and throwout/release bearing
