The boot won't open iv taken the panel of the back and it has a long pole like loch with a white plastic thing on it if I push that up the boot opens how do I fix it help would be great full thankyou

we don't 'have that model in u.s. but what you are talking about may be the lock release for power lock. check to see if it's getting power , you'll need an assistant to push the button. if not check fuses under dash and under hood (bonnet). then it may need the striker adjusted.
