Whining noise

I own a 1998 ford wind star. I just had all 4 tires changed yesterday and am now hearing a whining noise in front left tire depending on acceleration.

The tyres may still be a bit hard, give it a day or so and see how it goes, were they cheap or quality tyres fitted?

Have the wheel bearing checked for any play, the noise sounds like a bearing.
