1998 Ford Windstar 1 Bought Used Windster Van Noticed That Rear Down Within 12

1) I bought a used windster van, i noticed that the rear goes down within 12 hrs after driving, and rises immediately the engine is on but the suspension warning light does not show on the dash board. May i know if this is normal or not.
2) The cigar lighter charger does not function. How can i restore this ?

you have aleak in the lines in rear or t;he shocks, probably a line, get a squirt bottle of soapy water and spray lines to look for air bubbles that wil be your leak.
