why won't anything electrical work on my car?

nothing electrical works on my car. i removed the battery for a repair and now it does not power anything, but it is still fully charged. the battery cables show no resistance, no fuses show any resistance. what could be blocking power to the car. i have no ignition, no lights, nothing.

have you checked for power at other end of battery cables where they connect to car system?
