1998 Ford Taurus Rear Window Defrost Don T Work Replaced Relay Fuse Cheched

my rear window defrost don;t work i replaced the relay , fuse and cheched the power bow in engine compartment ok i ohmed the window at the wire connections on it it read 12 with ignition off.
could it be in the intregated contrl panel button? or some where else

I am not sure an ohmeter reading would detect a small break as it would back feed the ground and still tell you you at least have 12 volts available. Have you visually inspected the entire coil tape for the defroster?
