Gap in the plugs and oil on it?

There's a gap in the plugs and oil on it. By replacing them will it fix the problem bye letting the engine turnover? Or is the gasket blown? It doesn't overheat.

If the engine doesn't turn over it may be a battery problem check condition including load test most places do for free

They said there is oil on the spark plug, so this may be normal as oil can gather on the outside of the spark plug. If oil is covering the inside of the spark plug that is another story, you could have a broken oil control ring. I would do a compression test on the cylinders that have oil on them to see if it is low.
