my ebrake was on one day and the handle to release it broke off. I found a lever behind the ebrake pedal that released the pedal but even though the pedal is not on the light is still on showing the parking break and also the car does not move freely as if the break is still engaged hindering the car even though the pedal is not down even the slightest. why is this and what can i do?
