why does the temerature not change ?

the blower motor blows air in my 1998 ford taurus, but the temperature does not change. it is always room temp. I have flushed the heater core and changed the blend door actuator. still no change. what next?

Did you change the thermostat if so-Could be a problem with the HVAC control module -open it up and investigate-blend/mode/recir doors/vacuum lines/actuators-BTW are both heater hoses hot -
