SCRAPPING AND BURNING SMELL COMING FROM FRONT PASSENGER WHEEL WELL. ALSO LOOKS LIKE THIS WHEEL WELL MAYBE LOWER THEN THE OTHER. DARK OUT SO HARD TO TELL. ALSO NOTICED THAT THE PAST FEW REALLY COLD DAYS WE HAVE HAD MY BRAKE LIGHT HAS BEEN FLASHING ON AND OFF?

Check brake fluid. Have the computer scanned to determine if there is a trouble related to brakes. Check the inner fender to make sure it hasn't dropped and you are smelling the tire rubbing against a plastic cover.
