I drove my truck to town tuck drove fine was returning home wen check engine light came on I had no oil pressure truck is full of oil not leaking any I think it may be the sending unit can the sending unit be messed up by getting water in it?

Is there any ticking or knocking from the engine?

not that i can hear truck seems to be running fine i started it up and parked it on flat ground to check the oil and it started fine and sounded fine

It sounds like a bad oil pressure switch. I would replace it and see if that takes care of the problem.
