My Ranger will not pass the emissions test to get inspected. When I bought the truck the catalytic converters were already punch out and then welded back together so they will no pass inspection. I have 3 catalytic converters 2 before the y and then one after the y. How would I go about replacing all of this so I could be able to pass the emissions test and could I make it so that I only have one catalytic converter on my truck? Thanks.
