1998 Ford Galaxie Greetings Damage Done Sparkplugs Loose Lincoln Navigator

Greetings:

What damage can be done if sparkplugs are loose in a lincoln navigator? The sparkplug blewout while driving the vehicle, the result lead to a ping noise. Can this problem lead to replacement of the vale?

the plugs are not loose, they threads give way and blow out the plug and break the coil. you can try an insert or repair kit but i always reccomend replacing the head.
