1998 Ford F-150 Vibration accelerating

Hi. My 1998 f150 has begun slightly vibrating when accelerating from a stop. I also notice it going up a hill at highway speed. I've owned this truck for ten years and this is definitely out of the ordinary.

Your description sounds like a misfire possibility. If that is the case the computer should pick up on that eventually and set a code. You may also have misfire data available using a professional scan tool also to identify which cylinder it is.
