Thanks for making me understand that I have to replace the transmission, modify the drive trains and the engine management system in order to change the Engine of my F-150 Ford. Please kindly recommend a suitable Japanese car engine I need for this job.

the only thing i can reccomend is a toyota pick up eng and trans
