1998 Ford F 150 98 F150 Extended Cab 3 Doors Drivers Side 6 Cd Changer

I have a 98 F150 extended cab with 3 doors. the drivers side has a 6 cd changer and i need to replace the speaker behind that panel. For the life of me i cannot figure out how to get it out. How do you remove the panel to gain access to the speaker? need pictures or a video PLEASE
