1998 Ford F 100 Heres On Boyfriend Truck Red Light Looked Down Had

ok heres the problem, on my boyfriend truck, he was at a red light and looked down and had normal oil pressure the looked down about minute later had no oil pressure. so he back to his house and checked the oil and the oil was black,it had just had a oil change about 2 weeks ago. now when he shifts it from park to drive the oil pressure goes way down help please

IS there any noise coming from the engine when the pressure is low? Has he tried replacing the sending unit?
