I have a 1998 Ford Explorer (Eddie Bauer) and it's impossible to open the driver-side front door. Neither inside nor outside door latch works. What might be the cause of this and what do you recommend for fix??

Open it up and check the actuator and also test the door lock switch-inspect the door latch mechanism
