The LTFT is reading -100% STFT also reading -100%, All four fuel trims are -100% can you tell me what the problem might be? The DTC is P0174 lean fuel mixture bank 2.

check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent them. Should be 30-45 psi with key on engine off if below then that is the problem. I f not check for a bad injector or vacuum leak.
