timing marks dont line back up

5.4l replaced timing chains and everything lined up. tensioners are on and looks good. I went to spin the motor by hand to see if everything lined up and when I got back to tdc, the timing marks didnt line up... is this normal.

Did you put engine no.1 piston on compression stroke/TDC and align the cam and crank correctly to its marking as indicated in the repair manual

You sure its not on the exhaust stroke?

Yes I'm sure. its 5.4l 2 cams, 2 chains, 2 gears on crank
