1998 Ford Expedition Grinding Noise While Turning Either Way Slow Replaced Cv

I have a grinding noise while turning either way when going slow. I have replaced the CV joints and have replaced the rotors and brakes. I still have the noise.

check ball joints and tie rod ends. with no grease fittings, one could be dry
