1998 Ford Escort my car won't start

It quit running it will not start. Loss of compression. There is No compression in the crank case. The cam turns the timing belt turns. What's the problem?

Do you mean there's no compression in any of the cylinders? If so, the timing belt has jumped. You have an engine problem but you didn't bother to list the engine size. Some of them are "interference" engines. If that's what you have, you'll have bent valves. That will cause no compression.
