High Beam Indicator Does Not Work

Headlights work fine. High and low beam. The only problem is the blue indicator in dash does not light when high beams are on.

Do notice that seldom turn signal will blink rapidly when using right side. Very rarely happens.

rapid blinking is usually due to resistance load change such a bulb not lighting/working or wrong bulb.
