Horn just started to go off with nobody ib or by the car. Ignition off had to pull horn fuse to stop it

there is a horn relay in teh relay box inside car. that may be stuck or a wire going to the steering wheel rubbed through and shorted out.it cold be athe remote anti theft module in rear of car as well but normally it's a bad relay or wire problem.
