fan blows-a/c pump works-vacuum lines look fine

why does both a/c and heater not working in my 98 e-150. the fan blows but when I change temp dial from cold to hot, nothing changes, just outside temp air. my rear a/c and heat still works though.

Try checking the air blend door/actuator
