1998 Ford Crown Victoria Car Started Makeing Clicking Noise Now Does Make Turn

My car started makeing a clicking noise now it does it when i make a turn either way unless i coast around the corner without tuchin the gas and if i touch the gas it sounds like the rearend is hoppine out from under the car untill i get straightend out then i can drive normal like that or on the high way only in the turns

there may be a chipped or broken gear in the differential spider gears
