1998 Ford Crown Victoria Car Loses Fuel Pressure Warmed Cranks Fine Cold Runs

My car loses fuel pressure when warmed up. Cranks fine when cold, runs till i cut it off. Then wont restart, there is a buzzing on passenger side of engine while pressure is gone not sure if thats relavent

It could be a few things;
the fuel pump relay is going bad
The fuel pump is failing
Or the fuel pressure regulator is bad.
