1998 Ford Contour Wiring underneath ripped apart

Some wiring came ripped apart and I don't know if this is why my car is suddenly driving bad. I included a picture.

ALSO...when I shift, the car doesn't seem to be getting into gear. It's like I stay in first even though I'm shifting. It "revs" up high and takes alot to get going.

I'm assuming you are probably going to need more information than what I've provided.

wiring is off one of the O2 sensors and can cause engine to run bad. also have trans guy look at trans he will scan it and do some other checks. it may be a governor problem in trans. your second pic did not come through.
