Timing belt

Hello There, I had the timing belt professionally replaced on my 1998 Ford contour , the belt keep moving out of place and wear out, please note I changed the tensioners and the belt, i bought original parts from ford, am told may be the engine is is bad or something is wrong. what do you think, please help.

I don't think they were too professional. if the belt is migrating off, then there is a problem with one of the pulleys that they are not finding. Something is out of alignment and causing the belt to migrate. It may have a bad idler or water pump.
