1998 Ford Contour license plate, mirrors, & interior lights

I just bought a 98 Ford Contour. and license plate light, Power Mirrors, interior dome lights and radio do not it work. was wondering if you could possibly be a fuse hopefully. I thought the license plate light would need to be replaced, so I replace the bulb and it was not that. what could be that the radio, mirrors and license plate lights dont work?

check fuses underhood and dashfirst

I checked under hood and is it supposed to have a relay in r1 space? And tried locating fuse box inside is it under steering wheel

r1 is for daytime running lights if you have them . passenger compt fuse box is under dash on drivers side.

Oh and my pos car shoots out black smoke from tail pipe is that from the oil leaking on the exhaust manifold? How do I replace the oil pressure sensor?

no because the wiring nor switches are there. scan for codes and check fuel pressure as well
