1998 Ford Contour electric heater control valve

My 1998 ford does hot put out heat. The hose going to the core is hot and I have taken out the control switch and checked it with a volt meter and it is working but still no heat. HELP

Air works good but, can't get the heater to put out any hot air at all.

Check heater core hoses both should be hot if not need to flush heater core

The heater hoses are both hot. Still no heat. Think it might be a door thats not opening and allowing the vent to open and let the the hot air enter the car.
