could you send me a step by step guide for removing and installing a automatic transmission

The transmission is making a loud whinning continous sound as i increase the gas or level out. The hotter the trans. oil gets its less likly to shift through its gears. Lucas stop slip has helped, but only enough to give me time to find a good used one.
