Burning oil

There is no leak wherever i park ,but i need to add a quart every 3 weeks or so. after driving for a while sometimes smoke comes from the engine.

Also the cooling fan ALWAYS stays on. The car doesn't overheat , but the fan never goes off.

could be worn rings or bad valve seals. have it checked but be sure to keep checking your oil
