dodge truck power door locks

1998 Dodge truck power door locks do not work. the actuators seem to be working ( they make some noise ) when using the door switch or remote, but do not lock the doors.

If you know you have a fully charged battery, the door locks work easily by hand and you can hear the actuator trying, then you likely have bad actuators. You can try jumping power and ground directly to them to confirm that.
