Where to locate fuel safety shut off cuz car won't start no fuel pressure at valve

The manual fuel safety shut-off has be phased out some time back. Fuel pump receives power from the fuel pump relay which is controlled by the Automatic Shut Down (ASD) relay which is controlled by the PCM.

Did you test the fuel pump?
