1998 Dodge Stratus car wont stary

Changed everything the timing belt the crankshaft senor the distributor the cap the rotor the PCM . I went out to look what they did I seen the fuse lid off so I looked which one the where I seen it said automatic shut off relay I went to pull it out and it cranked the engine without the key in. Please help

try resetting your secuirity system if no manual look online replace the asd relay
