1998 Dodge Stratus Been Trying Diagnos Repair Power Steering Noise Hard

I have been trying to diagnos and repair power steering problem. some noise and hard steering mostly a slower speeds.
no fluid loss, belt is newer and maybe a 1/4 " of flex. I have been trying to locate the power steering pressure switch and try replacing that first.
