engine will only idle

i recently put a new fuel pump in my 98 dodge ram I have got good fuel pressure and there is spark because it starts but wont run above an idle. I tried pulling the map sensor and reconnecting but hat didn't do anything. The engine is also not throwing any codes to indicate a problem

make sure the throttle plate is connected. make sure the throttle position sensor is working.
