I've replaced the crank sensor, fuel pump, cam position sensor, throttle position sensor, and the ignition coil. Still has the same problem and engine light still on. The truck runs and idles perfect but once I hit the road going highway speed then come to stop and try taking off again the truck will sputter, backfire and want to die but does not. Still runs fine afterwards but just has that loss of power between shifts after driving a distance.

Truck idles perfect, so all the parts you replaced are working.

Check Engine light is on so there's a diagnostic fault code stored. Have you checked those codes?
