1998 dodge ram 1500 4x4. 5.2 not enough power

It seem like it dont havs the power it should, like its holding back. Ive replaced plugs, disributor cap and button and it didnt help. It also seems like its missing when it goes in to overdrive. It kunda starts to sputter. lost what else can I do, Could it be the converter.

Check fuel pressure and cat. To check cat use a vacuum gauge, attach it to manifold, raise idle to 2ooo rpm, watch gauge, if it starts to drop, cat is clogged. Use fuel pressure tester to check fuel pressure.
